Metalcore is not a fusion of hardcore with metal but the flow was derived from the flow of terinfluence Hardcore Heavy Metal genre, so the genre itself is not included in the subgenre of Metal. This genre came later in the era 2000'an but already showing its properties through bands like Deadguy, Earth Crisis and Intergrity since the era of 90 '.

Metalcore music has a characteristic form of guitar dituining drop D to C, using a hardcore death scream and growl (also accompanied by clean vocals on the bands now), the use of Breakdown and bassist usually follow the guitar rhythm.

 *Avenged sevenfold

Avenged Sevenfold is a band from Huntington Beach, California, United States. They started out as a metalcore band, but since moving to hard rock.

The band was formed in 1999. Avenged Sevenfold's first album, Seventh trumpet, recorded when the band members were eighteen years old. It was originally released on their first label, Good Life Recordings. After lead guitarist Synyster Gates (also known by Brian Haner Jr.) joined the band, the introductory song "End The Rapture" was re-recorded with Gates playing, and the album was re-released on Hopeless Records. They follow-up album, entitled Waking the Fallen, also released on Hopeless Records and was awarded a positive rating in Rolling Stone magazine. Shortly after its release, Avenged Sevenfold has signed a contract with Warner Bros. Records.

*Rise Against : Rise Against is a hardcore and punk rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 1999, and originally did under the name Transistor Revolt, they released their self-produced demo entitled Transistor Revolt in 2000, a year before signing with Fat Wreck Chords released their first two albums, The unravel in 2001, and the Revolution Per Minute in 2003. They later switched to Dreamworks Records and recorded their album Siren Song of the Counter Culture.







*Killswitch Engage

 Killswitch Engage are a metalcore band from Westfield, Massachusetts, United States.

Formed in 1999 after the disbandment of Overcast and Aftershock. Killswitch Engage’s current lineup consists of vocalist Howard Jones, bassist Mike D’Antonio, guitarists Joel Stroetzel and Adam Dutkiewicz, and drummer Justin Foley. The band’s membership has changed in the decade since its founding as illness, changes in life-situation, and new interests have drawn the men in different directions. The band has released five studio albums and one DVD.







        *Bullet for my Valentine

 Bullet for My Valentine is metalcore band from Bridgend, was formed in 1998. The band consists of Matt Tuck (vocals, rhythm guitar), Michael Paget (lead guitar), Jason James (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Michael Thomas (drums). They formed under the name Jeff Killed John and started their music career by covering the songs of Metallica and Nirvana. Jeff Killed John recorded six songs that were not released, two songs are repeated later in their careers as Bullet for My Valentine. Financial difficulties dictated the change of name, followed by a change in musical direction. In 2002, the band has secured a five-album contract with Sony BMG. The band has stated that their music is influenced by classic heavy metal bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Slayer. The band is part of the Cardiff music scene.
